Utopia is a beautiful house, very spacious and super clean. It has everything you need for a happy stay. We liked seeing the certificate (DBPR) of authorization to rent hanging at the entrance. This detail seemed professional and gave us confidence that we would be in a safe place. Another aspect of many that we liked is the distribution with 3 living rooms, each one with a different concept according to the activity you want to do. I felt very comfortable in one of them looking at the beautiful photos in the books that are at the entrance about Florida and the Naples area, my teenage son in another of the rooms enjoying the broadcast of the Olympic games, while my husband played Dominoes in another of the rooms, which could be converted into a separate room. Fortunately, we were able to see a beautiful sunset from the pool area and the canal. We sincerely want to recommend Utopia and thank its hosts for their kindness and prompt responses to our messages.
